Image Magick
Take the Frank Topper and the 500X500 white blank to Image Magick
Open the Blank and Composite the Frank Topper
+0+0 Center
Composit

Now click the Annotate Tab at the top
Type yout text into the box
+0+165 Center
Fill = #7DC141
Stroke = #004000
Point = 40
Density = 100
Stroke Width = 2
Choose from the font list at IM:
Post Crypt
Scale = 2.5,2.0
If your name is too long, adjust the 2.5 down some.
Leave the 2.0 alone though. That's height.
Annotate

Click the Transform Tab at the top
Choose Trim
Gravity = Center
Transform

Click the Output Tab
